CITY ADMINISTRATION

City Administration for Public Revenues performs tasks related to: 

  1. Determination, collection and control of the property tax in the statics;
  2. Determination, collection and control of local communal taxes;
  3. Control and collection of local administrative fees;
  4. Control and collection of municipal taxes;
  5. Control and collection of tourist tax;
  6. Determination, collection and control of fees for use of the city construction land;
  7. Control and collection of fees for land surfacing;
  8. Determination, collection and control of revenues on the basis of voluntary tax self-contribution keeping a register of payers and export revenues town;
  9. Secure the collection of local revenues in accordance with the Law;
  10. The implementation of a unified information system for local public revenuesi;
  11. Field and office control in order to verify and determine the legality and regularity of the imposition of tax obligation;
  12. Regular and enforced collection of local revenues;
  13. The work of field control of determining of unregistered area of business and residential space;
  14. Delivery of warnings before initiating enforced collection procedur.

Head of the City administration manages the work of the City administration, organize and monitor continuous, timely and efficient execution of tasks within the purview of the City administration in accordance with the regulations, provide the necessary assistance in performing the most complex tasks within the purview of the City administration. He is responsible for the timely and effective execution of tasks within the purview of the City administration.
